1. What material is the jewelry made with? 

Gold: The majority of our gold is made of 10k Italian gold. 10k gold is the strongest and the most durable of all golds. 10k gold does not tarnish and can be worn in water.

Sterling Silver: Our sterling silver jewelry is made with silver 925. All pieces are coated with rhodium. This protective plating will keep the silver from tarnishing. Your silver jewelry will stay nice and shiny, even in the water. 

Gold plated sterling silver: Our gold plated jewelry is very durable. However, to avoid any change in color, they should not be worn in water. 

Stainless steel

We have 3 types of steel jewelry

 Stainless steel – our stainless steel jewelry are durable, reliable, resistant to tarnishing and rust

Plated gold steel – a thin layer of 10k, copper or gun metal plating on our stainless steel jewelry. To give you the look you are looking for. Not recommended to be worn in water.

Coated goal steel – a thick coat of 18k gold set on our stainless steel jewelry. To give you the look of gold you are looking for. Can be worn in water.

Leather: All of our leather pieces are made with genuine Italian leather. Any leather accessories should not be worn in water. 

 

2.  Will the jewelry tarnish under water? 

Our 10K gold, sterling silver and natural stainless steel jewelry can be worn in water. They will not tarnish or change color. 

 

3. Do you create personalized jewelry? 

Yes we do! Check out our catalogue for ideas and inspiration. If what you are looking for is not shown, send us an email and we will work closely with you to create the perfect jewelry for you.

 

4. How long does it take to receive a custom order? 

It can take up to two weeks to create a custom order. Once the product is finished, it will be shipped out. Given the current circumstances, delays are possible.  

 

5. What is your return policy? 

We hope that you love our beautiful pieces but for any reason it is not to your liking, we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit, within 2 weeks upon received.This only applies if the item is not damaged or worn for a long period of time. This does not apply on any custom items (sizing, repairs and custom made pieces)We do not offer refunds. 6. Is there a guarantee on the jewelry?

If anything were to happen to your jewelry within 4 months of purchase, you can contact us at luxbijouxmtl@gmail.com.

 

7. Are there any delays due to COVID-19?
